24V brushless motor permanent magnets

The 24V brushless motor is so widely used that it can be found in many electronic devices, including electric toothbrushes, washing machines, printers, and cars. In these devices, a 24V brushless motor can operate efficiently and safely. In a 24V brushless motor, the current-carrying conductor is at rest and the permanent magnet is in motion.

When the stator coil receives power from a power source, it becomes an electromagnet and begins to generate a uniform magnetic field in the air gap. Although the power supply is DC, the switch generates a trapezoidal AC voltage waveform. As a result of the interaction between the electromagnetic stator and the permanent magnet rotor, the rotor continto rotates. When the windings are switched to high and low signals, the corresponding windings are energized as the north and south poles. The permanent magnet rotor with the north and south poles is aligned with the stator poles, causing the motor to rotate. The 24V brushless motor can not run directly on a DC voltage source and has a rotor with a permanent magnet and a stator with windings and an electronic commutator. Normally, the Hall effect sensor is used to detect the rotor position and perform a reversal based on the Hall effect sensor input. The motor is driven by a rectangular or trapezoidal voltage stroke and a given rotor position. Voltage strokes must be applied correctly between phases so that the angle between stator flux and rotor flux is kept close to 90 ° to produce high torque.

The 24V brushless motor is used in many industries and is rapidly gaining market share due to its multiple advantages. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
